Somatic Groundwork Workshop

This is a 3 hour workshop where we will use the body, movement and breath as well as imagination and intuition. During this workshop will use an operating premise around human consciousness and how to choose our Truth over our conditioning. The body will be our grounding space, where and how we experience the many layers of us. Be prepared to learn more about how you work as a biological being, and how structures in consciousness work. Ultimately we will be experiencing how to orient yourself into your creative potential.
